Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy on physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must be unused and be returned in original packaging.
  • Customised or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We cannot accept returns on gift vouchers or courses.

 

How to return items:

To start a return, please contact us at hello@ashandcompany.co.uk.

If your return is accepted, items will need to be sent to the following address:

Unit 9, Marsh Farm Business Centre, Bowling Alley, Crondall, Hants, GU10 5RJ.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. 

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will cover the shipping cost for returns or exchanges of damaged or defective goods.

 

Courses and Workshops

If you are unable to come, please contact us straight away and we will do our best to help.

Our courses and workshops are non-refundable. However, if your course is more than 7 days away we will do our best to transfer your booking to a different date or offer you a credit note to use towards any future course or kit.

Unfortunately we cannot transfer your date or offer you a credit note if you cancel less than 7 days before a session takes place.
